Adam has demonstrated outstanding commitment to promoting both his business and the Safeclean brand. Through consistent local marketing, strong social media activity and professional presentation, Adam continues to set an excellent example across the network.

Since taking over the Safeclean Thornlake business from his father, Richard, Sean has shown real dedication to developing both his skills and his business presence.
His proactive approach, willingness to learn and determination to grow highlight a very promising future within the network. This award recognises the excellent progress Sean has already made in a relatively short space of time.
Favourite Franchisee Voted by Guardsman 2026 - Nigel Lawrence
Nigel and his serviceman, Darren were voted as the Favourite Franchisees by the Guardsman team, recognising their consistent professionalism, reliability and positive attitude.
Both are long-standing members of the network who quietly get on with the job, never causing issues and consistently delivering a high standard of service. Their support and contribution to the wider business are greatly appreciated.

Tony Bonnen, Elliott Hollyman and Stephen Court
Achieving excellent First Visit Fix results is a reflection of technical ability, preparation and customer service. Tony, Elliott and Stephen achieved an outstanding 92% First Visit Fix score across the year, demonstrating exceptional consistency and expertise.
This achievement highlights the high standards being delivered across the Safeclean by Guardsman network.
Safeclean by Guardsman 2-10-2 Excellence Award 2025
John Joannides, Ben Mottershead and Paul Garcia
John, Ben and Paul achieved an impressive 98% score in the 2-10-2 programme, demonstrating exceptional service standards and customer care.
Their commitment to delivering a consistently excellent customer experience deserves huge recognition.
Safeclean by Guardsman Most Improved First Visit Fix 2025 - Elliot Wright
Elliott Wright achieved a fantastic improvement in his First Visit Fix performance, increasing from 8% to 90%.
This award recognises the effort, development and commitment Elliott has shown throughout the year, alongside a clear determination to improve and succeed.
Safeclean by Guardsman Most Improved 2-10-2 2025 - Russ Vernon
Russ Vernon achieved an incredible improvement in his 2-10-2 score, increasing from 20% to 94%.
This result reflects a huge amount of hard work, commitment and focus on delivering a better customer experience. An excellent achievement and one that should be celebrated.
