Celebrating Emilia's Successful Completion of Her Probation Period
We are delighted to congratulate Emilia Wood, Safeclean's Network Support Coordinator, on successfully completing her probation period with the business.
Since joining Safeclean in November 2025, Emilia has become a valued member of the Head Office team, providing day-to-day support to our nationwide network of franchisees and helping to ensure the smooth running of many behind-the-scenes operations.
Over the past six months, Emilia has played an important role in supporting franchisee onboarding, training administration, compliance tracking, marketing activities, social media content and general network support. Her positive attitude, strong organisational skills and willingness to get involved have made a real difference to both our franchisees and colleagues.
Emilia has embraced every opportunity to learn and develop in her role. During her probation period, she successfully achieved her Level 2 Digital Marketing qualification and has recently begun studying towards the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development.
As Safeclean continues to grow and invest in supporting franchisees across the UK, Emilia's contribution has helped strengthen the support available to our network and ensure franchisees have the tools, information and assistance they need to succeed.
Commenting on Emilia's successful completion of probation, Jo Reynolds, Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager, said:
"Emilia has settled into the role incredibly well and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to support both franchisees and colleagues have made a real difference in a short space of time. She has embraced every challenge that has come her way, and it's been fantastic to see her confidence and knowledge grow over the past six months. We are delighted to have her as part of the Safeclean team and look forward to supporting her continued development."
Congratulations, Emilia, on this fantastic milestone. We look forward to seeing all that you achieve in the future.
