Working at The Cube

Paul received a recommendation from a staff member who currently works for the company. They had suggested Paul’s services, and after checking out his website, the company contacted him directly via email.

The job took place on 24 March 2025 and involved deep upholstery cleaning, covering a range of furniture including chairs, stools, benches, and sofa units. The challenge was to tackle a variety of tough stains, including those from drinks and food. However, with his experience and the right tools, Paul was confident that he could achieve great results.

Paul had previously visited the site to assess the furniture, discussing the limitations, looking for any pre-existing damage, and providing a tailored quote. Paul decided to take some time and familiarise himself with the company and their offerings as it allowed him to build trust with the company.
Upon completing the work, the feedback was very positive. Paul’s direct contact was the Front of House Manager, along with the cleaning supervisor, who were both impressed with the outcome.

“The furniture looked as good as it did when they first opened,” they said, clearly pleased with the transformation. The results were so impressive that the company is now considering a periodic cleaning schedule. This is a clear indication of the quality of work Paul delivered and the strong relationship he’s built with the team.
