A recent job kept Safeclean up all night!
Richard Bent’s technicians (of Safeclean by Lakethorne), David Maddock and Jamie Crisp, went the extra mile and cleaned an office overnight, so their customer could open their premises as normal in the morning.
It was a large job which spanned four floors in two different buildings, and the customer was desperate to have their carpets cleaned. However, they were unable to have this service completed during working hours. Safeclean offered to solve this problem, by completing the job out of office hours between 11pm and 5am. This offer was readily accepted by the customer - who have already shown their appreciation by booking additional work with Safeclean.
It goes to show you get rewarded when you give excellent customer service!
