Celebrating Success Across the Safeclean Network

One of the greatest strengths of the Safeclean network is the people behind the business. Across the UK, our franchisees continue to demonstrate professionalism, dedication and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to their customers and communit

Rockstar Recognition for Geraint Williams
A huge congratulations to Geraint Williams, who received Rockstar Recognition following outstanding feedback from the Guardsman Customer Support team.

Geraint submitted a technician report that was described as "the perfect example" of the standard required to support efficient claim resolution. The level of detail provided, combined with clear supporting photographs, made the assessment process seamless from start to finish.

This recognition highlights the importance of thorough reporting and the professionalism that exists throughout the Safeclean network.

The Power of Local Marketing
Sometimes the simplest marketing activities can deliver the biggest results.

Shortly after launching his South Wales territory, franchisee Dan Colsey put the fundamentals into practice by asking his son, Tyler, to spend an hour leaflet dropping in their local area.

The result was several bookings generated from a straightforward local marketing activity.

It's a great reminder that consistency, visibility and community engagement remain some of the most effective ways to build a local business.

Supporting New Franchisees for Success
Earlier this year, we were delighted to welcome our newest franchise partners, Doug Hain (Lincolnshire) and Dan Colsey (South Wales), as they completed Safeclean's structured induction programme.

The programme combined technical training, practical experience working alongside established franchisees and Head Office business training, helping both franchisees build confidence before launching their territories.

The willingness of existing franchisees to share their knowledge and experience continues to be one of the defining strengths of the Safeclean network.

Sean Bent Takes on the Brighton Marathon
A huge well done to Sean Bent of Safeclean Thornlake, who successfully completed the Brighton Marathon while raising an incredible £1,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

Taking on a marathon is a fantastic achievement in itself, but doing so while supporting such an important cause makes it even more special.

We are incredibly proud to recognise Sean's efforts and celebrate his contribution both within and beyond the Safeclean network.

A Great Technical Success Story
A recent job in South Wales demonstrated the value of ongoing training, specialist knowledge and the support available across the Safeclean network.

After being asked to assess a challenging stain issue, Dan Colsey successfully identified the cause and applied techniques and product knowledge gained during his induction and industry training to achieve an excellent outcome for the customer.

The result not only showcased Dan's growing technical expertise but also highlighted the importance of continued learning and development throughout a franchisee's journey.

Looking Ahead
These stories reflect just a small snapshot of the achievements taking place across the Safeclean network every day.

Whether it's delivering outstanding customer service, supporting local communities, developing new business opportunities or continuing to build technical expertise, our franchisees consistently demonstrate the values that have helped make Safeclean a trusted name for more than 60 years.

Congratulations to everyone featured, and thank you for your continued hard work and commitment.
