Franchise Support Coordinator

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting people and improving processes? We’re looking for a Franchise Support Coordinator to join the Safeclean team by Guardsman UK, part of a global organisation delivering professional cleaning services across the UK.

In this vital role, you’ll provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to both our franchisees and internal team, helping ensure the smooth running of the network. Working closely with the Head of Networks and Business Support & Marketing Executive, you’ll be the friendly and capable point of contact that keeps our franchisees connected, informed and empowered to succeed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational guidance and support to franchisees, maintaining compliance and brand consistency
  • Respond to franchisee and customer queries via phone and shared inboxes
  • Assist in creating and distributing core tools, templates, guides and marketing materials
  • Maintain internal knowledge banks and asset libraries (e.g. testimonials, video, images)
  • Support digital content and infrastructure (e.g. CMS website updates, social media scheduling)
  • Coordinate network-wide training events and calendars
  • Use mapping tools for territory analysis and support queries
  • Liaise with key suppliers to ensure standards are met
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including managing records, raising POs, and processing uploads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees through regular contact and tailored support
  • Provide project support to senior colleagues across key business initiatives


What We’re Looking For
Essential:

  • Strong communication skills with a positive, helpful, and team-focused approach
  • Excellent organisation and adaptability, with a proactive mindset
  • A sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative to move tasks forward
  • Tech-confident with MS Office, and able to learn new systems quickly


Desirable:

Experience using CMS systems, social media platforms, and tools like Canva, InDesign, Meta Business Suite
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or franchise support environments
